ETICAT+ cat litter and REPTIQUETTE small-animal bedding are made from spent coffee grounds collected in South Korea and processed under a patented decaffeination method. ETICAT+ 猫砂と REPTIQUETTE 小動物用床材は、韓国で回収したコーヒー粕を、特許取得済みの脱カフェイン工程で加工してつくります。

01 — Material素材
We collect spent coffee grounds, dry them, and remove the residual caffeine before binding them into granules. The removal step is what makes the grounds usable in a product an animal lives on — and it is the step our patents cover. コーヒー粕を回収して乾燥させ、残ったカフェインを除去してから粒状に成形します。このカフェイン除去こそが、コーヒー粕を動物が直接触れる製品に使えるようにする工程であり、当社の特許が対象とする工程です。
Spent grounds are collected from coffee retail operators in Gyeonggi Province under recovery agreements, then sorted and dried.京畿道内のコーヒー店運営会社との回収協定にもとづきコーヒー粕を回収し、選別・乾燥します。
Residual caffeine is removed under the patented process. Caffeine removal was measured at 99% by FITI.特許工程で残留カフェインを除去します。カフェイン除去率は FITI の試験で 99% と測定されました。
The treated grounds are bound into granules or pellets, sized for each product line.処理したコーヒー粕を、製品ごとの規格に合わせて粒またはペレットに成形します。

The two products do not share a composition. REPTIQUETTE is coffee grounds and oyster shell only. ETICAT+ contains SAP for clumping. We state each composition separately rather than describing the range as a whole. 2 つの製品は原料が異なります。 REPTIQUETTE はコーヒー粕と牡蠣殻のみを使い、ETICAT+ は固まらせるために SAP を含みます。製品群をひとまとめに説明せず、原料はそれぞれ表記します。
